Conservation

  • Ban invasive plants from being sold in Florida.
  • Create native landscaping incentives for homeowners, businesses, cities, and counties.
  • Establish tax breaks based on the percentage of native plants used on a property.
  • Provide tax incentives for native landscapers and nurseries.
  • Create additional taxes on imported and nonnative plant sales.
  • Require ten-foot no-mow buffers around bodies of water and prohibit chemical use near shorelines.
  • Repeal overreaching utility and development bills that weaken home rule and conservation protections.
  • Create conservation designations for large agricultural properties and preserve properties over 500 acres.
  • Require municipalities and unincorporated areas to maintain minimum green space percentages.
  • Designate wetlands and flood zones as permanent no-build areas.

Community

  • Add additional stop signs and safer crossings near parks and children’s play areas.
  • Create victory garden and backyard hen tax refund programs.
  • Require landlords to provide tenants copies of complaints upon request.
  • Expand infrastructure funding for roads, potholes, repainting, and traffic improvements.
  • Remove Flock surveillance camera systems from communities.
  • Ban foreign ownership of Florida land, water, energy, and strategic assets.
  • Require insurance companies to provide transparent notice before increasing rates.

Public Safety & Hurricanes

  • Require boating and environmental safety certification for nonresident rentals.
  • Create programs to help homeowners repair hurricane damage.
  • Provide hurricane preparation assistance programs.
  • Support mangrove restoration and coastal protection infrastructure.

Agriculture & Small Business

  • Reduce burdensome permitting requirements for small businesses and contractors.
  • Create tax breaks for food-producing homesteads and livestock operations.
  • Support native turf growers and Florida ranchers.
  • Tariff foreign agricultural products and prioritize Florida-grown food.
  • Promote fair agricultural markets instead of corporate monopolies.
  • Create incentives for no-plow farming and native crop production.
